In January 2023 LaQuatra Bonci Associates completed a Schwarz Property Phased Development Plan for the future park.  The plan envisions modifications to the farmhouse, establishment of a children’s Discovery Area, improvement of the farm roads and walking trails, construction of parking areas and gathering places, eventual construction of a new building for programming, establishment of meadows of native grasses and wildflowers, and placement of significant works of outdoor sculpture.

Preliminary plans include making use of the beautiful viewscapes throughout the southern fields for placement of works of art for aesthetic appeal, and use of the northern fields for more utilitarian purposes which may include solar power generation or continuation of farming.  Areas of higher elevation in the southern fields will feature views of the westernmost ridges of the Allegheny Mountains.
